1. Scope
This policy applies to products purchased directly from JOREVANO. It should be read together with your quote, proforma invoice and our Terms of Service. Where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
2. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please check your order on arrival. If an item is damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a short description. We will arrange a replacement, a repair or a refund, and we will cover return shipping where the problem is our responsibility.
3. Returns within 30 days
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our written authorisation. Returned goods must be complete, undamaged and resaleable. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a defect. A restocking fee may apply to large wholesale returns.
4. Non-returnable items
- Customised, OEM, engraved or made-to-order products, unless defective.
- Items damaged by misuse, accident, improper installation, unauthorised modification or normal wear.
- Items returned without prior authorisation or without the original packaging and accessories.
5. Return process
- Email info@jorevano.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We confirm whether the return is approved and send the return address and instructions.
- Mark the parcel as “Returned goods” and send us the tracking number.
- We inspect the goods on arrival and confirm the outcome within 5 business days.
Do not send returns to the address on the parcel without our written confirmation.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. Bank fees, payment gateway fees and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Import duties and taxes paid to your customs authority are handled by that authority and are outside our control.
7. Limited warranty
JOREVANO products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, unauthorised repair or normal wear. Warranty claims require proof of purchase. Where a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion; if neither is possible we will refund the purchase price.
8. Consumer rights (EU and UK)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery and to a minimum two-year legal guarantee for faulty goods. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.
