1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of jorevano.com and any quote, order or supply of goods by JOREVANO (“we”, “us”, “our”), a hardware brand based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.
2. Quotes and orders
Our website is a catalogue and enquiry channel. Prices are provided by individual quotation rather than shown online. A quote is valid for the period stated on it (normally 30 days) and is subject to product availability. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing, for example by issuing a proforma invoice or order confirmation. We may decline an order where a product is unavailable, where a quote or description contains an error, or where we suspect fraud or unlawful use.
3. Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are quoted in USD unless agreed otherwise, based on the agreed Incoterm (for example EXW Shenzhen, FOB, CIF or DDP). Prices exclude import duties, VAT/GST and other destination taxes unless a DDP term is expressly agreed in writing. Payment terms are stated on the proforma invoice; typical terms are full payment before dispatch, or a deposit with the balance before shipment for larger orders. We may suspend delivery if payment is not received.
4. Lead times and delivery
Lead times are estimates and run from receipt of payment and confirmation of artwork, packaging or customisation requirements. Stock availability, production schedules, customs inspection and carrier delays can affect timing. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree to a fixed date in writing. 5. Title and risk
Title and risk pass according to the agreed Incoterm. Where no Incoterm is agreed, risk passes to you when the goods are handed to the first carrier.
6. Inspection, defects and returns
Please inspect goods on arrival and report shortages, damage or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Defective products are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy and the limited warranty described there. Customised, OEM and made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective.
7. Product information
We aim to describe products accurately, but images, dimensions and compatibility information are provided as a guide and may be updated without notice. Compatibility with third-party cameras, phones and accessories depends on the specific model and firmware. Please confirm critical specifications with us before ordering, and test fitment before permanent installation.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, product designs, logos and the JOREVANO name — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, modified or used commercially without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use this website to break the law, infringe rights, transmit malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with the site’s operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, port closures, carrier disruptions, government action or shortages of materials.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties will first try to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Please review this page periodically.
